Wayplace was built for organizations serving survivors of trafficking and exploitation.

Wayplace was built with the diversity of size and model that represents many of the services supporting trafficking survivors. Whether the organization is a small, up and coming service; an established, multi-pronged group of offerings; or a full-fledged multi-site, you can customize your services in Wayplace to accurately display your organization.

  • Unlimited users with different permissions levels

  • Assign specific users to manage specific services

  • Each service has is own descriptions and eligibility options you can customize

Customizable to meet your organization where it’s at.

Wayplace was built with the convenience and needs of the organization in mind. This includes:

  • Customizable email notifications to update your services’ current availability at the frequency and schedule that works for you.

  • With every service request, you can see a general profile for the survivor with information to help you make an informed decision about a potential match.

  • Wayplace doesn’t replace your policies and procedures for intake. When you match with a survivor, your customized form of communication gets sent to them so that they can reach out to you directly and you can begin your usual intake process.

User-friendly way to manage your services, availability and service requests.

Oftentimes, service organizations find that a survivor in their service is no longer a good fit, whether that came from the survivor or the organization. Many organizations are focused more on outreach and need an avenue for helping survivors find that next step in their healing journey. For these advocates, Wayplace has created a way to support survivors to find that next landing place.

  • Each survivor you are helping has their own file with a list of their service requests to help you keep organized.

  • Advocates can make service requests on behalf of their clients with the same filtering ability that survivors can use.

Advocating for a survivor to find a different program is now so much easier.

Now, service requests are coming from a survivor that has specifically chosen your service based on the service profile your organization built. With more choice comes more buy-in to see the program through; we hope the ability to have more intentional matching for survivors and services will build in a higher chance of success with program completion and staying out of exploitation. Let’s see more survivors experience long-term success.

Receive requests from survivors that have handpicked your organization.
